Saeed Al Gergawi is the Head of the Dubai Future Academy, an initiative under the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF). Before joining DFF, Saeed was the Program Director of the ‘Mars 2117’ program of the United Arab Emirates. His mandate was to set up the UAE’s 100-year space exploration strategy that focused on the UAE contributing to humanity’s interplanetary endeavors and creating the ecosystem needed to both attract and enable talent. Additionally, Saeed was also the Mission Strategist for the Emirates Mars Mission, which will send the Arab World’s first probe to Mars by 2021, named ‘Hope’, at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC)
